From Press Release

Republican presidential candidate and former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum announced this morning that one of the key figures in his 2012 Iowa Caucus-winning team, senior advisor for Iowa Cody Brown, is returning to lead his 2016 efforts in the first-in-the-nation caucus state.

“Our campaign is proud to announce the return of Cody Brown as our Senior Iowa Advisor,” Santorum said. “Many people outside our campaign likely never met Cody because he spent sun-up to well past sundown, seven days a week, working behind the scenes to make sure our campaign had a winning organization. I have no doubt that with Cody’s leadership, guidance, and experience, we will once again prove the Washington and New York elite wrong on Caucus night.”

Brown, founder of Codias, an organization design company that assists business and political startups, served as State Director to Santorum’s 2012 Iowa Caucus campaign. In that role, he helped formulate and then led the execution of Santorum’s 99-county Iowa strategy. He has managed multiple Iowa campaigns, including Ben Lange’s 2010 congressional race in Iowa’s First Congressional District.

“Four years ago, it was an honor to have led Senator Santorum’s victory in the Iowa caucuses alongside a talented team of advisors, a dedicated staff, and the most passionate activists in Iowa who, through faith and pure grit, propelled an authentic conservative to the top of the national polls,” he said. “Santorum didn’t win Iowa by accident, but by design. And I’m excited to help Rick and Karen Santorum do it again.”
