Paul plans Iowa events ahead of IFFC conference

The Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition‘s Spring Kickoff will be held Saturday afternoon and evening at Point of Grace Church in Waukee, just west of Des Moines. Nine announced or probable Republican presidential candidates will be speaking at the event; they are:

• U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas,
• Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina,
• Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee,
• Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal,
• U.S. Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky,
• Former Texas Gov. Rick Perry,
• U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida,
• Former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania, and
• Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker

Leading up to the event, Paul has announced he will be taking part in a renewable fuels press conference with U.S. Rep. Rod Blum and former Iowa Farm Bureau President Craig Lang at a farm outside of Atkins in the morning. After that, he will be taking part in “Stand with Rand” events in Vinton and Grinnell.
