From Press Release

Republican presidential candidate former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum addressed The National Press Club in Washington, DC, Thursday, outlining his proposals to fix America’s broken immigration system.
In his address, Santorum discussed the need to secure the border, reform our visa programs, reduce current legal immigration levels by 25 percent by end chain immigration and the visa lottery system, and create a workable program for America’s agricultural sector.  Santorum’s vision sharply contrasts with both Hillary Clinton’s vision of amnesty for the sake of gaining political power and the Establishment Wing of the Republican Party that simply wants cheap labor to increase profits.  Santorum instead called for an immigration plan that puts the American worker first.
