Rick Perry’s ‘Accident Incident’ as told by Toy Story

The Gif Shop LogoDuring a recent interview, Republican presidential candidate and former Texas Gov. Rick Perry was asked for his thoughts on the tragic shooting at a church in Charleston, SC. In an attempt to suggest some — particularly President Obama — were attempting to politicize the tragedy, the 2016 version of Rick Perry was briefly replaced by the worn-out 2012 version, who called the mass murder an “accident.”

The mainstream media quickly picked up on the gaffe (unlike it does with the available plethora of Bidenisms), and ran with it. Republican voters are left to wonder, is the new Rick Perry just a rehash of the old one? His opponents in the race for the Republican nomination (quietly) say “yes.” The .Gif Shop staff decided to explore the issue in-depth with the help of the cast of Pixar/Disney’s “Toy Story” series.
