Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee is, by all accounts, planning to announce his candidacy for President of the United States tonight on “Special Report with Bret Baier” on FOX News, his former employer. The show airs at 5 p.m. Iowa time.

The 2008 Republican Iowa Caucus winner will find it tough to repeat in 2016, even though he was an underdog that many wrote off eight years ago. And a video from 2007 that has begun making the rounds in social media will likely leave him with a lot of questions to answer. In addition to concerns on his position on Common Core, grassroots conservatives are likely going to ask him about his appearance at the 2007 Clean Air Cool Planet Conference held in Manchester, NH, in which he said he believed in “man-made climate change,” and that he support “cap-and-trade” policies.
